Mushroom collecting knife sheath.  Made from brown canvas, comes with a magnetic snaplock system, and a rotating metal slide on clip and a belt loop.  Fits Opinel, Joker, Maserin 800-C, Mercury Mico-P, and Fontenille-Pataud mushroom collecting knives.  (Made in France).
