Q. Do you ship to Canada or other foreign countries?
A. Yes, we ship to Canada, Japan, Australia, Germany, UK, and a few other countries, including APO/FPO destinations.
Q. If you ship to Canada, how do I pay for the shipping.
A. First, contact us with what you want to order and then we can give you a shipping quote. You can then pay for your order using paypal, after that you make a seperate "personal" payment for the shipping amount on paypal to our e-mail address. Your other choice is to mail me a postal money order for the full amount.
Q. When I get to STEP-3 during the check out process on your website, IT STATES: "Choose your shipping preference for this order, there are no shipping services to your address, please verify that the address is correct and complete" Why does it say that?
A. Because we have free domestic shipping on all orders over $20.00, this statement pops up automatically. Just click on STEP-4 and proceed with the check-out procedure to complete the order.
Q. I am not a registered PayPal user, can I still purchase from your website using my credit card without registering with PayPal?
A. YES, at present we only accept PayPal, Checks, or Money Orders for payment on my website. We also accept VISA, MASTERCARD, and DISCOVER credit card phone orders at (415)-640-6233, If we do not answer the phone, just leave a message and we will call you back.
Q. What is the availability of the items displayed on your website?
A. All items displayed on our website are in stock and ready for shipping. We do not allow back orders, if we do not have an item in stock, we do not display it.
